These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Booked By Friday ("BBF," "we," "us," or "our") website, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your entity to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Services Provided

BBF provides lead generation services tailored to accounting and bookkeeping professionals. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead delivery and management

  • Tailored client matching

  • Marketing communications regarding BBF services and third-party offers

Lead Types: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, BBF does not guarantee exclusivity of leads.

  • Exclusive Leads: Provided to one subscriber only.

  • Shared Leads: May be provided to up to three subscribers.

  • Bulk or Aged Leads: Sold without exclusivity limitations.

Lead type details will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

No Performance Guarantees: BBF does not guarantee that any lead will result in a closed sale, conversion, or business relationship.

3. Account Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Comply with All Applicable Laws: Including, but not limited to, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable privacy/data protection laws.

  • Use Leads Ethically: This includes obtaining necessary consents prior to contacting leads via phone, text, email, or other channels.

  • No Unauthorized Redistribution: You may not share, resell, or redistribute leads to any third party without BBF’s written authorization.

  • No Misuse: You may not use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that damages BBF’s reputation.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any unused leads or subscription period, and legal action.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

  • Prepayment Required: All Services must be paid in advance using a valid payment method.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Pricing Changes: BBF may modify pricing with advance notice via email or platform alerts.

Non-Refundable Payments & Disputes

All payments made to BBF are final and non-refundable. This includes fees for subscriptions, lead purchases, or unused portions of a subscription period. No credits, refunds, or pro-rated amounts will be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with lead quality,

  • Partial subscription usage, or

  • Failure to convert leads.

Chargebacks Prohibited: By using our Services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for any validly delivered leads or subscriptions. Any attempted chargeback will be treated as a breach of these Terms, and BBF reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account,

  • Assess a $250 administrative chargeback fee,

  • Pursue collection of the disputed amount plus attorney’s fees, interest, and collection costs.

6. Data Usage and Resale

By submitting your information to BBF, you acknowledge and consent that BBF may:

  • Collect, store, and use your data for marketing, lead generation, and resale to third-party businesses;

  • Retain your data as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law;

  • Share your data with affiliates and third parties for legitimate business purposes (in compliance with applicable data privacy laws);

  • Process opt-out and deletion requests by emailing [email protected] with a verifiable request.

7. Termination

BBF may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms,

  • Misuse or unauthorized resale of leads, or

  • Non-compliance with legal or ethical obligations.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, proprietary methodologies, and materials provided by BBF remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for your internal business purposes.

9. Confidentiality

All leads, client data, and proprietary information provided by BBF are considered confidential. You agree not to disclose or misuse this information outside your authorized personnel or for unauthorized purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." BBF disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including lead accuracy, quality, or conversion potential.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBF and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount you have paid BBF in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BBF, its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services,

  • Your breach of these Terms, or

  • Your violation of applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

Booked By Friday is a lead generation and marketing system built specifically for bookkeepers, accountants, and fractional CFOs. We deliver warm, high-intent business owner leads who are actively looking for bookkeeping help… and we give you the tools to convert them into paying clients.

We’re not a directory, a cold list service, or a coaching program. We’re a demand engine that sends real opportunities directly to your inbox so you can focus on closing work — not chasing it.

Where do we get the leads?

All of our leads come from real business owners actively looking for bookkeeping help. We don’t buy lists, scrape emails, or recycle old data. Every lead is generated through our own inbound campaigns, intake funnels, and content-driven systems built specifically for bookkeeping demand.

We attract business owners through targeted ads, SEO, partnerships, and direct education… then qualify them through a multi-step verification process before ever passing them to bookkeepers.

That includes:

The Leads are real business owners who’ve come directly to our platform requesting quotes for bookkeeping help. Every lead is actively searching for a bookkeeper and has submitted a request through our verified intake system — no cold lists, no guessing.

These leads are fresh (under 24 hours old), high-intent, and shared with no more than three bookkeepers — that’s at least two fewer than most competitors, giving you a much higher chance of winning the client.

They’re your best shot at landing new business.

If you follow up quickly and professionally, you’ll often be the one they choose.

Are the Leads Exclusive?

While we offer exclusive placement with a custom offer, most bookkeepers choose our warm shared leads because they convert extremely well while keeping costs low. Our updated sharing structure mirrors how real business owners shop, while still limiting competition and protecting your ROI.

Shared with only 2 bookkeeping firms

This aligns with real buyer behavior. Business owners typically gather 2–3 quotes before choosing a provider… so we keep the pool tight, predictable, and in your favor.

This structure applies to all new subscriptions beginning 11/14/2025. Existing subscribers will continue under the terms active at the time they enrolled.

How are Leads Delivered?

Leads are delivered directly to your inbox (if email delivery is enabled) within hours of qualification. As soon as a business owner completes our intake process and passes verification, they are released to you automatically — no waiting for weekly export files or cold lists.

Every lead includes:

Full contact info (name, email, phone)

Business details (company name, industry, size, etc.)

Their stated bookkeeping needs & timing

Additional intake notes and answers

Optional AI enrichment if you’ve purchased the upgrade

Leads are sent via drip delivery, meaning they arrive in real time during regular business hours as they come in. This gives you the fastest possible follow-up window, which dramatically improves close rates.

If you’d like leads pushed into your CRM or marketing automation platform instead of email, we offer an optional one-time integration setup for an additional fee. Once connected, leads can flow directly into your system automatically.

Is There A Contract?

At Booked By Friday, all standard plans are month-to-month — no long-term contracts and no hidden terms. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date with no penalties, fees, or awkward phone calls.

Here’s how it works:

Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same day you signed up

We send multiple reminder emails before every renewal so you always know when a charge is coming

If you want to stop, you simply cancel before the renewal date and you will not be billed again

Once a renewal has been processed, we do not offer refunds (whether leads have been delivered or not), so it’s important to cancel ahead of your renewal if needed

The only exceptions to month-to-month flexibility are:

Annual plans: Optional, paid upfront to lock in a discounted rate

Exclusive lead plans: Require a simple agreement since we build out a customized campaign for your firm.

Outside of those cases, you’re never locked in — stay as long as the leads are working for you. That’s our entire model.

Can I Pause or Switch Plans?

Yes. You can pause, downgrade, or upgrade your plan at any time by emailing us at [email protected]

How Fast Should I Follow Up With A Lead?

The faster, the better. Leads go out in real time. Following up within the first hour can double or triple your chances of closing. Templates and scripts are available.

Nobody can pitch your services as well as you can, and generic outreach from a third party usually leads to low close rates and wasted spend.

Instead of offering a high-cost service that doesn’t work, we focus on what does work:

If we ever introduce sales support services in the future, they will be optional, performance-driven, and built only if we know they’ll actually work. But we will never sell you a high-ticket, “done-for-you” outreach package that we know won’t.

When Do I Start Getting My Leads?

Usually within 24–48 hours after your purchase, this changes if you sign up Friday or over the weekend. In those cases you typically see leads begin on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This is because we manually have to add you into our system and confirm your information is accurate.

What If I Don't Close Anyone?

Most of our clients close at least 1–3 clients in their first month — but results vary based on speed, quality of follow-up, and offer strength. If you’re not closing, we’ll help you refine your approach before your next drop.

Can I Get A Refund?

What's The Difference Between Each Plan?

Each plan gives you access to the same type of high-quality leads — the difference is volume, delivery method, and support access. Smaller plans are great for testing the waters, while larger ones are built for growth-mode firms that want volume and velocity.

Do I Need A CRM or Funnel To Use This?

No — but it helps. You can close deals manually via email and phone, but bookkeepers using tools like Calendly, HubSpot, or Close tend to convert more leads with less effort. We’ll provide best practices if you need help getting started.

Are the Leads Guaranteed?

At Booked By Friday, we guarantee you’ll have at least one real conversation with a prospect from your leads — by phone, text, or email — during your guarantee window. If that doesn’t happen, we’ll add more leads for free, up to your plan’s cap. The guarantee window is 30 days, and the cap depends on your plan: up to 2 extra leads for Spark, 3 for Builder, 4 for Accelerator, and 5 for Enterprise.

We’re not stingy — if we see anything off or you get a bad lead, we’ll make it right.

To stay eligible, respond to every lead within 24 business hours, make at least five contact attempts over seven days using a mix of calls, texts, and emails, and provide proof of outreach such as screenshots, call logs, or email threads.

A “conversation” means any response from the prospect — whether they’re interested, not interested, already working with someone else, or even a no-show for a booked call. If outreach requirements aren’t followed, the guarantee doesn’t apply.
