No Refunds & No Chargeback Addendum

Effective Date: July 20, 2025
Applies To: All Booked By Friday (“BBF”) clients, subscriptions, and lead purchases.

This Addendum supplements and forms an integral part of the BBF Terms of Service. By purchasing leads, subscribing to BBF services, or otherwise using BBF’s platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds & No Chargebacks

1.1 All Sales Are Final. All payments made to BBF—whether for subscriptions, lead purchases, or any related services—are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with lead quality, partial subscription usage, or failure to convert leads into customers.

1.2 Chargeback Prohibition. You acknowledge and agree that chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution are strictly prohibited for validly delivered leads or services. Attempting a chargeback constitutes a material breach of your agreement with BBF.

1.3 Administrative Fee for Chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback or reversed payment, you shall be responsible for:

• A $250 administrative chargeback fee, and
• Any and all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and interest on the outstanding balance (calculated at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law).

2. Collections & Legal Remedies

2.1 Collections Authorization. Non-payment or successful chargebacks on delivered services authorizes BBF to assign the debt to a collections agency or pursue legal remedies, including small claims or civil litigation.

2.2 Client Liability. You shall remain fully liable for any unpaid balances, including all costs incurred in recovering payment, whether through collections, arbitration, or court judgment.

3. Industry Flagging & Account Blacklisting

3.1 High-Risk Designation. In the event of non-payment, chargebacks, or other material breaches, BBF reserves the right to classify your account as “high-risk.”

3.2 Internal and Partner Notifications. BBF may share information regarding high-risk accounts with its internal databases, affiliated providers, and select partner networks to prevent fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3.3 Future Service Denial. Clients who are classified as high-risk may be permanently banned from purchasing leads or subscribing to BBF or its affiliated services.

4. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By purchasing leads or subscribing to BBF services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Refunds & Industry Flagging Addendum, as well as the BBF Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use or purchase BBF services.
