Your pipeline, your rules.
One platform: pick the lead types you serve, set the delivery cadence, and pay for exactly what you want delivered. Nothing more.
Pick your lead types
Bookkeeping today, tax resolution now too. Every lead is a real business owner who asked for help.
Control the flow
Leads arrive during the hours you choose, in your timezone. On Booked For You, caps by day, week, or month stop delivery at the number you set.
then, two ways to get them
Do the work, or skip it.
Buy it in the Lead Store
Real prices on every lead type, stated up front, so you can work out the cost before you talk to anyone.
Or skip the work entirely
Booked For You books qualified meetings straight onto your calendar. You show up and run your own sales conversation. Application required.
the rules →
Three rules we do not bend. They are the reason the price stays honest, and the reason we turn away business that would be easy to take.
Real leads only
Every lead is a real business owner who filled out a real bookkeeping inquiry.
- Scraped lists
- Made-up intent scores
Bookkeepers only
We only send leads to bookkeepers and accountants. That filter is the product: the right buyer meeting the right seller.
- Sold outside the profession
No games
The rules are strict in your favor because that is what keeps the price honest.
- Hidden pricing
- Annual lock-in
- Expiring credits

What you are actually agreeing to.
Both programs end in the same place: conversations with firms that asked for help. What differs is how you buy, what the minimum is, and how much of the work is yours.

Top six questions.
What's the difference between DIY and BFY?
DIY sends you the leads and you work them. BFY books qualified meetings directly on your calendar and you close them. Most firms start with DIY; if time becomes the bottleneck, they move to BFY.Are your leads any good?
Every contact filled out a form asking for bookkeeping help. They're real people with real businesses. That said, only 10-30% will convert: that's normal for any lead source. Our job is to make sure the math works. How fast can I start?
DIY is self-serve: sign up and leads start within 48 hours. BFY takes longer because we interview you first; application to first meeting is typically 7-14 days. What if it doesn't work for me?
Cancel anytime on DIY, no annual contract. On BFY, credits are non-refundable: but they never expire, there's no contract, and the refund rules are strict in your favor: fake prospect info or our system error trigger a refund. Sales mismatches are part of sales; we don't sell outcomes. How much does it cost?
DIY: $50 a lead with a 3-lead minimum per order, or from $500/mo on a plan, down to $25 a lead at volume. BFY: priced per meeting, by vertical. Bookkeeping is $200 per meeting at entry, down to $150 at 76+ credits; tax resolution is $150 at entry, down to $115. Full pricing on the /diy and /bfy pages, no forms.Who's behind this?
Built by bookkeepers. Randall, our co-founder, personally sold $5M+ in bookkeeping services before starting BBF. Full story on /story.
