the program

We book the meetings. You win the business.

A discovery call with a real business owner who asked to speak to a bookkeeper, already on your calendar. You buy meetings, not months. Credits never expire, and there is no contract to leave.

$200per meeting, down to $150 at volume1:1every meeting exclusive to you

what a credit buys

One credit. One meeting. Stated plainly.

Every approved firm reads this before they buy anything, so nobody is surprised later. It is the same list we hold ourselves to.

What we deliver

  • A real business owner, not a form fill from a list broker
  • Actively looking for bookkeeping help right now
  • Verified contact information
  • A discovery call already on your calendar

What we do not sell

  • Guaranteed closes
  • Budget-qualified buyers
  • Sales outcomes of any kind

We put a qualified prospect in front of you at a time you chose. Closing is your job, and no honest lead service can promise otherwise. Anyone quoting you a conversion rate for your firm is quoting you a number they cannot know.

how it runs

Four steps, then it is just your calendar.

Most firms are taking their first meeting within seven business days of finishing setup.

  1. 01

    Apply, and hear back

A short application about your firm, your credentials, and the work you take. A human reviews it, typically within 48 to 72 hours.

  2. 02

    Connect your calendar

Google or Microsoft. You set the hours you will take calls and the caps you want per day, week, and month.

  3. 03

    We match and book

We place a prospect into one of your open slots and write the meeting straight to your calendar. Slots are offered up to about two weeks out, so you always have notice.

  4. 04

    You take the call

A 15-minute discovery call with someone who asked to speak to a bookkeeper. One credit, deducted when the meeting is booked.

Volume pricing. Stated plainly.

Pay per meeting, not per month. The more you book, the less each meeting costs. Each vertical prices on its own ladder; open one to see the full schedule. Every application starts from the same place.

we've watched the data: 10 is what it takes for the math to show you what this can do →

the fit

Who this actually works for.

BFY is a poor fit for a firm with no capacity, and an expensive one for a firm that will not call a prospect back the same day. Both are worth knowing before you apply.

Firms with capacity now

You have room for new clients this month and the team to serve them. We tell approved firms not to buy more meetings than they can actually take.

Owner-operator prospects

Mostly small blue-collar businesses: contractors, landscapers, trades, retailers. Most are doing between $10,000 and $50,000 a month in revenue.

United States only

Every prospect is a US business. We do not currently target by industry or vertical, and we would rather say so than imply a filter that does not exist.

the rules

Strict, and strict in your favor.

These are the constraints we run the program under. They read as restrictions on us, which is the point: loose rules mean higher prices for everyone.

Credits never expire
There is no use-it-or-lose-it window and no expiry date on a credit. Buy ten and use them over six months or six years.
Every meeting is yours alone
A BFY meeting is never shared with another firm. That exclusivity is most of what you are paying the premium for.
Your calendar is the throttle
Close your availability and bookings stop. Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps and we stop at them. There is no cancellation ritual and no one to call.
You cannot be over-delivered
Cap checks happen inside the same lock as the credit deduction, and they count the day a meeting is scheduled for, not the day it was booked.
Double-booking protection is not optional
We read your real calendar before offering a slot. If that read fails, we take you out of the running rather than risk booking over you.
Cancellations refund automatically
If the prospect cancels before the meeting time, the credit returns to your balance on its own. No ticket, no request, no waiting on us.
Disputes are self-serve
Fake contact details, someone who never inquired, spam, or an abusive prospect: file it in the portal. Up to two disputes in a rolling thirty days are approved automatically.
No contract, no auto-renewal
There is no subscription on BFY. You buy a block of credits and you stop by not buying another one. Auto-refill exists if you want it, and it is off until you turn it on.

The honest other half: a no-show does not return your credit. Someone who takes the call and decides not to hire you does not return your credit either. That is the cost of doing business, and pretending otherwise is how lead prices get inflated to cover it.
