Business owners who answered one of our advertising campaigns and asked for help with their books. Before a lead reaches you, the owner completes a detailed intake, gives their contact information, verifies their phone number by SMS, and tells us the state of their books.

Every lead arrives as a record like this: what the owner told us, what we checked, and what we added before you saw it.

where they come from →
The difference matters more than any adjective we could put in front of the word lead.

Our own campaigns, under our own brand, paid for by us, aimed at owners whose books have fallen behind, who are still doing it themselves, or who are not sure their numbers are right. Nothing here is scraped, bought from a list broker, or resold from another network.
They choose to submit an inquiry about their books. These are not businesses picked out of a directory for fitting a profile: the owner has taken an action that says they have a bookkeeping problem.
A detailed set of questions about the state of the books, what is already covered, and when they want help. It takes real thought to finish, which is most of why these records read differently from a form fill.
The prospect enters a one-time code sent by SMS. This is not a submitted number run through a database afterwards: the person on the other end proved they hold the phone, which is what cuts fake numbers, typos, and idle form activity.
Two separate passes. Validation evaluates what the prospect submitted; enrichment adds public company information so you can prepare before dialling. Neither is allowed to hold a lead up.
Delivered during the hours you choose, in your timezone, with the full record attached. You get a notification, the whole profile, and somewhere to log what happened after you call.
what they told us →
This is the actual intake. By the time a lead reaches your portal, the prospect has described their books in more detail than most discovery calls get to.

They also get an estimated price range with their results. That is deliberate: the person you call has already thought about paying someone, and is not hearing a number for the first time from you.
the verified badge →
Most lead vendors mark everything verified. Ours is stricter, and that is what makes it useful.
Both contact channels met the verification requirements. This is the record that carries the Verified badge.
One contact method came back confirmed while the other was inconclusive. You see which, so you know whether to call or write first.
The available checks could not return a definitive result. We show that status rather than making a claim we cannot support, in either direction.
enrichment →
Enrichment runs on every lead, and it is best-effort by design: it never blocks a delivery and never decides who a lead goes to.
how we differ →
The differences were scattered through this page. Here they are side by side.
after delivery →
DIY is for firms comfortable running their own outreach. We generate the inquiry, collect the information, check the contact details, and deliver the opportunity. Contacting the prospect and turning that into a client is your firm's work.

The lead reaches up to three firms. The one who calls first usually wins it, so a lead you open on Monday and call on Wednesday is mostly gone.
Say who you are and why you are calling. Plenty of owners return a voicemail from a name they can place.
A short text explaining who you are, and an email giving them another way to answer. Different people reply on different channels.
One attempt is not a follow-up sequence. Most conversations that happen at all happen after the first contact.
Log the outcome in the portal. It is how you see which leads deserve more attention, and how anything eligible gets returned.
A lead is an opportunity to begin a sales conversation. It is not a guaranteed appointment or a guaranteed client.
Firms that would rather start from a scheduled and confirmed conversation should look at Booked For You meetings instead.
the boundaries →
the honest part →
Shared leads have real tradeoffs. Here they are, stated before you buy rather than discovered in month two.
